"The gas grill was very dirty I spent a while cleaning it and when I lit it up not all the burner ports had a flame. It worked ok after that just kept a close eye on it. That was the only issue everything else very nice."

"We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were very welcoming and helpul, and the farmhouse is charming! Our youngest daughter was getting married and had her reception just 5 minutes down the road. We would definitely stay again."

"Deb was fantastic. She was very responsive. Despite a descriptive layout of all directions, she patiently sent me directions in my haste to find where I was going. Jer place is so inviting. We were there for a wedding, only 8 min away. The place offered everything we needed. It is well kept and well maintained. I can only imagine the place during skin season! Thank you for a wonderful visit."

"This was a cute cottage on Northern Lake Champlain. The views, especially the sunsets were beautiful. We were able to bring our dig and there was a fully fenced yard so she really enjoyed it. It was a great place to kayak from ( there is a tandem to use) and the roads are very bikeable. Kill Kare State Park is absolutely beautiful and about 10-12 miles away, mostly flat terrain. St. Albans City is 15 minutes away for a choice of restaurants and cafes. We had a great week."

"The host was communicative and receptive. The lake view is beautiful. The property is easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked (silverware, pots and pans). There is a step up from the entry way to the main part of the house and a step down to the kitchen which can be problematic if you have mobility issues. Furniture could use refreshing though it is comfortable enough. The bedrooms are small.Easy drive to Saint Albans and Canada, I’d stay at this property again."

"This camp was perfect for our family! Super cute little bit of a walk down stairs to the lake but don’t let that deter you it was totally fine! We had everything we needed, in hindsight sight we should have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the space longer. Loved the fenced in area for the dog!"

"The property was excellent for the 6 people we had! Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds!The yard was what we needed to park 3 Bassboats and trucks! The property is centrally located to many launches. Living room, kitchen and eating area was more than adequate for our group! All the kitchen amenities to cook and serve a meal was there for our use!The only drawback we found was all the bedrooms had stairs to navigate, and it was an issue for a few guys with bad knees!Overall I’d recommend this place for a comfortable vacation!The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any question we had!Thanks again!PS she couldn’t get the fish or the weather to cooperate!Overall great time!"
