Jason is incredible. He arranged the greatest color in years just for our stay. The breakfast and rooms were perfect, too.

The room was extremely small. We were on a 2 week road trip and had extra luggage but had to leave most everything in the car. The staircase to the room was very dimly lit which was a safety concern. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast sandwiches tasted good but were cold. Be aware there are no tvs on the premises—that is noted on the website

All the people whom are part of The Inn make you feel like family. The home is a beautiful historic place to settle. The food is excellent and the property so quiet with only the sound of the river to hear

Great place to stay when you want to unplug & unwind. Inn keepers very helpful and personable. Wonderful service, and Holly makes a great cocktail! Definitely make a reservation for dinner at The Inn Restaurant. Delicious meal, in addition to the great breakfast every morning.

The first night was great. The second night not so good. Restaurant and bar were closed, which is ok. The tough thing was not able to to enjoy the fire or TV. Stuck in room with nothing. Very disappointed in the way we were treated when we went to watch TV. Sat in our room, too cold to walk to another bar and also worried about not having a parking space when we would come back.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour! Le B&B est charmant, rustique et bien décoré. Le lieu est calme et relaxant. La chambre était très propre et le petit déjeuner était excellent. Merci encore!

This was a great place to stay. Lots of skiing memorabilia. The bear in the reading area was definitely pretty cool! Food was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Great staff, cozy place, comfy bed

Nick was such a wonderful host. All the employees were professional, firnedly, and accomodating. We had a really relaxing stay. Also the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows I've ever slept in!

Best inn experience we've ever had!

Our experience at The Inn totally elevated our trip to Vermont. Montgomery Center is a tiny little town with charm out the wazoo about 10 minutes drive from Jay Peak, and an easy day trip to Stowe and Burlington. The Inn is located right in the center of town. The innkeeper introduced himself to us as soon as we arrived, and he was very present, professional, friendly and hospitable for the duration of our stay. Everyone on staff was wonderful! They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Plus, there's a beautiful inn dog! We stayed in the Carriage House, which backs onto the river and has a little patio with chairs. Our room was clean and comfy. We had plenty of room to unpack and hang out, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; feather pillows, soft sheets, adorned with an adorable stuffed animal—I didn't want to get out of bed in the mornings. There's a cozy, eclectically decorated lounge with a fireplace, books, games, a t.v., heated floors, and plenty of seating. Personal touches in the decor made the space feel very warm. We enjoyed hanging out there in the evenings. Our dining experience was also excellent. Dinner was delicous. Our waitress was also the bartender. She made great recommendations and great drinks! Fresh fruit, coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The breakfast was a little different every day. Always yummy. Overall, it was a unique experience. The character and the staff set it apart from other places. We'll absolutely stay here again.
