"The room smelled like pee and had visible water damage to the bathroom. It seemed properly cleaned otherwise and the staff was very polite. "

"The hotel doubles for housing homeless and is unsafe, espicially at night. It also smelled very bad from unclean carpets and when it rains, there is flooding into rooms as happened during my brief stay. The safety and smells caused me and at least three other guests to check out after one night of a three night trip. No one received refunds and Expedia could not reach the hotel to discuss a refund. Front desk refused and smirked at the situation. The hotel seems to be scamming people."
