We like the restaurant bar area we like the fireplace. We like the Jim. We hate absolutely hate your Wi-Fi situation. Should be turned on and should be free and we shouldn’t have to play games in order to get hooked up to the Wi-Fi. It’s difficult to use difficult to connect to and then we get charged 995 for permission to be on it

Hotel room looked old. The balcony door cannot be opened. Not much natural light so it felt musty. There were cracks on the wall and the vent had some dust in it. It was clean and no bedbugs, but we were itching at times. There were cracks on the bathroom lighting and sink. It made me wonder what kind of things happened in this room. Staff is great though.
