This was a beautiful condo, with amazing views and plenty of space. We could not have picked a better condo for our family of 7 (18-53 years old). Everyone had their own space, room acs cooled each room enough (close those bedroom doors!), gathering space downstairs was big enough for all to hang out. Beach access literally steps away from our back door made morning and evening strolls an everyday activity. Whales, whales, whales, bring your binoculars. We could hear some of the whale watching cruisers as they shouted with joy watching whales breach and slap the water.
Things to note: Unit is almost to the end of the complex, which offers an immense amount of privacy, but walking to Front Street is a hike (we drove). There are a few cosmetic and wear-and-tear issues, but nothing deal-breaking. A few noticeable past leaks in the ceiling that have not yet been repaired, molding and baseboards could use touchup/repair, could use new cushions at outdoor chairs/benches and could benefit from a nicer lounger for downstairs lanai. Be aware there are no bedrooms on first level, so everyone needs to be able to navigate stairs. We couldn't figure out how to get satellite tv to work, but didn't bother us--caught the important March Madness games on our computer/phones.
Communication with owner was good as I had a few questions early on during booking and trip planning. She was responsive and helpful.
This was a great home base for us as some went on adventures, some just hung out at condo soaking up the sun, sounds and sea smell. The outstanding views and non-mega-hotel-peacefulness was worth the price here! Mahalo!
