There were no other guests. The staff was rude. The hotel refused to find when guests wanted to leave. Beds were not comfortable, we had to bathe from buckets.

The staff are personally respectful but apparently lack knowledge about basic standards for a hotel. Nothing except the WiFi works. No shower- had to fetch water for bathing from the tap with bucket and use plastic bow to pour water. No lighting in the bathroom. No hot water. The complimentary breakfast is basically nonexistent- only a propaganda to make you commit to eating a paid breakfast. I had to upgrade to executive room to get just a little space and sleeping comfort.
