I thoroughly enjoyed my nine-day stay at this property. The WiFi was reliable, and my room was comfortably cool. The rooftop was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. My only suggestions for improvement would be to expand the breakfast options and adjust the shower head to a more comfortable height. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Friendly and super responsive staff. Hotel opened in earlier in 2025 so they are still getting up to speed on offerings shown on the website.

Everywhere within the hotel are spotless clean. The room is superb. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. Also, this hotel is located within a secured estate and I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast not too bad. Other meals are not too encouraging. Lots of improvements needed with the meals.

The room was ok. No glasses provided. Unfortunately the hotel did not provide me with a code to enter the estate and this almost left me stranded at the entry as the security did not allow me entry. Thank God the uber driver was going to pick someone inside and got a code and was able to bring me inside. Also the hotel phone number on Expedia was not reachable. So you need a code that expires after 4 hrs and can only be used one. The most terrible thing that will stay with me throughout my life was that I checked in around 4pm and the small lady who checked me in was still at the reception around 3am the next day sleep on the floor on a sheet behind the reception counter when I went to ask for a glass. It was an unbelievable site and should not be happening in 2025 for a place charging this daily price. Please treat your staff much better and the security man was also asleep at the gate on the Chair and did not hear the car that wanted to enter, that somebody from inside had to come out to open the gate.

My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our 13 night' stay here at CITI Residence. From the moment we were taken to the property - We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist and escorted to our room. After a few nights in our first room - We ran into an unpleasant smell, upon complaining - in the middle of the night - The management quickly moved us out and into a new room which seemed nice. The property is clean with everyday housekeeping services, very well maintained and privacy is simply unparalleled. The breakfast buffet options are limited but good enough to kick start your day. The property is located at an estate on Banana Island and is secure from the outside and on the inside as well - This neighborhood is good for evening / night walks and we weren't bothered by anyone. As off this writing - During our stay we did not need any code to enter the Estate. At the security gates - we told 'em we were guests at CITI Residence and were allowed into the Estate without any further questions. Likewise, our food delivery services and ride shares also did not face any issues and were allowed in. My fiancé and I would like to thank the CITI Residence Management and Team for delivering an unforgettable experience for us. When we visit Lagos the next time - CITI Residence will be our home away from home as promised! Cheers
