「We had a really lovely stay at White Shell. The place was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was decent, with a good selection. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was a great way to relax. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place, but also family friendly, so it has a nice atmosphere for both couples and families. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.」

「This was our 5th stay at the resort, a fantastic location and the breakfasts are still superb. However the resort is becoming a bit tired, we stayed in the same room as last year and the broken drawers from last year hadn’t been fixed (we reported this last year). The staff at the restaurant have also gone downhill, mainly down to a lack of sufficient training. One in particular was rude to us on a couple of occasions which was a shock.
