"Staff does not speak english, except from the valet man. He came rushing to us to help us unload our suitcases and then parked our car in the hotel garage. He spoke english quite well and even submitted us with maps and information about the city and Hattusa. Breakfast was so so. Room was ok but not more than ok. "

"This was one of the most negative hotel experiences ever. The hotel looks much better than it really is. The general areas look very clean, but our room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Heavy moisture in the shower, hairs on the bottom, leaky shower. The room was roady side and there is virtually no noise insulation. We got max 3h of sleep due to noise. We did not expect big luxury for the price, but at least a clean room."

"A lovely hotel. The hotel is situated in a very convenient spot; just a few minutes away from the main shopping area. My stay here was very good. The room was spacious with a lovely view.
