Ok, but no english speaking people.

Staff does not speak english, except from the valet man. He came rushing to us to help us unload our suitcases and then parked our car in the hotel garage. He spoke english quite well and even submitted us with maps and information about the city and Hattusa. Breakfast was so so. Room was ok but not more than ok.

Definitely not a five star hotel

I booked the room under my name. However, when checking in, the staff wanted to put the room in my husband's name. One of the staff spoke a little English, but all friendly communication was directed at my Turkish husband. We ate averidge food in the restaurant. Ramadan started the next day, so we couldn't get wine with the food. We could have gotten wine in the hotel room, but since the room was transferred to a Turkish man's name, it was also difficult. Apparently, there are no Westerners here, and you can see that. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, which is a plus. The hotel has many floors and only one elevator was in use. Otherwise the place was clean; although you can smoke in every room and it smells.

Je déconseille entièrement. Je vous explique la raison. Tour d’abord, nous avons choisi cette hotel car cest un hotel 5 étoiles. Il faut savoir que cet hôtel contient une salle de mariage, vous avez donc de la musique jusque tard le soir. Ce qui était très dérangeant si vous vouliez vous reposer et dormir tot. Concernant le service, je telephone l'hôtel pour connaître leur tarif, le monsieur me donne un tarif avec réduction de 6200 TL. Une fois arrivé sur place une heure après, le prix donné d’une nuit est monté 6500 TL avec réduction. Nous leur expliquons que sur le site hôtels.com, nous avons donc fait la réservation sur le site, devant eux au guichet. Concernant la chambre, il y avait des tâches sur la moquette, nous étions au 6 ème étage et les naissances sonores étaient trop fortes. Le jour de notre sortie, le monsieur à la réception me demande un paiement de 4900 TL, apparemment ce serait le prix de notre séjour d’une nuit dans leur hôtel. Je leur exprime mon désagrément en expliquant que via le site, le paiement a ete effectué (127€). Je m’interroge donc sur le prix dont vous nous aviez donné quand nous sommes arrivées (6200tl) et ce que vous nous aviez réclamé en sortant (4900tl). Donc ce que je comprends bien, c'est que la nuit dans notre hôtel coûtait 4900 et vous nous aviez réclamé 6200 TL. Cela démontre que vous arnaquez les gens. Je déconseille donc cet hôtel malgré ses étoiles.

Yüzlerce otel gezdim. Ama bu kadar güler yüzlü bir personeli olan bu kadar ilgili olan hiç bir otele gitmedim. İnsanlar etrafınızda pervane oluyor. Kahvaltıları çok iyi. Oda temizliği harika leke bulamazsınız. Yatak konforu ve otelin konumu çok iyi. Eksik arayan bi insan olmama rağmen bulamadım. Çok memnun ayrıldık tekrar tercih edeceğim.
