「Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel.」

「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The outside is overgrown and lacking signs. The hallways are dirty and smell like pot. At check-in they charge you a $100 deposit.」

「I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty」

「These particular hotels are not made for one night visits, they are definitely for those who need to stay for a week or longer. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean but… for some reason when we were there it was a bit noisy with doors slamming after midnight and children playing upstairs. I think they advertise a breakfast which is a danish and coffee. Overall, it is a sufficient place to stay, but next time I think we will stick to hotels that are geared to one night stays .」

「We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well.」

「This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!」

「Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.」

「ニューヨークへ向かう途中の宿として利用しました。特別良し悪しもなく、いたっていつものレジデンスインでした。いつものように部屋が広く、キッチンもあって使い勝手も良好です。King of Prussiaが車で15分という立地なので、朝早く出てじっくり買い物、夜ニューヨーク入りするには持って来いです。」

「We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.」
