「This was my 2nd time staying here. The room was really big and very comfortable. Some staff did not speak English, so I had a bit of a hard time communicating. The sink was cracked, and that was disappointing. This is very far from the center of the city, so if you are looking for place to stay for the sightseeing, choose somewhere closer to the center.」

「The AC does not work in our room, no maintenance people on site, the lady at the front desk useless, she said the hotel was full and she can not do nothing, we ask for a fan a never send it. I asked for a supervisor or manager, she called her but he never show up. We open the only (small) window in the room.」
