Not coming back

Asking someone to check in at 3 pm and that counts as day one is just wrong and check out at 11 am last day is wrong. Our three days consist of 3pm to 12 am day 1, WOW. Last day 12 am to 11 am another WOW.

Perfect location for Callaway Festival in Lights

This cute chalet was perfect for our early family christmas celebration and very close to both the Wild Animal Park and Callaway Garden's Festival in Lights. The property managers were so friendly and communicative and were sure we understood everything before our stay and when we arrived. Check-out was seamless. Thanks and we will be staying again!

Cozy cabin in the woods

We took a few days to see the sights around the area. Fantasy in Lights, FDR’s Little White House, Providence Canyon… there was a comfortable bed to sleep in after our adventures. The place was a bit dated, generally cleaned but could use a deep clean and new televisions. Overall happy with our visit and accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay in the area as we spent most of our time at local attractions. The chalet was large and met our family needs. The chalet needed a good cleaning, needed vacuumed and dusted. The resort appears older and is in need of updating especially needing attention to on-site amenities.

Peaceful and quiet. Chalet is on an older resort type community, about 85 or so feet between them, estimating about 80 units on the property. The property as a whole is showing its age. The area has plenty of trees lending to the grounds being deeply leaf covered and fosters an environment for spiders and insects. This specific unit needs to be deep cleaned badly. Common use area appeared to be generally clean but there are webs in the blinds, lights and corners; baseboards and such need attention. Unit met most of our needs and the bed was comfy. WiFi weak in back bedrooms but works fine other areas. Limited kitchen cookware. Did not smell from pets but did see evidence of prior pets stains. Unit could use some updating overall; one bedroom still has an old CRT box style TV, other has none, small LCD in living room. Office staff friendly. Would seek something more updated for the future. Reported cleanliness upon checkout and office said quarterly deep cleans are coming up soon. We did not use any of the property amenities to review. Stores and restaurants approx 5 min drive to town.

Good set up but could have been cleaner

Dog hair all over furniture. Pet stains on bedroom floor. Stains on dining chairs. Base boards filthy and spider webs on chandelier. Condo specs said it contained one time use of laundry detergent, but none was found and office said no.

Wonderful get away

This was the best get away for my grandchildren and I. Chalet was very clean. Tennis courts, putt putt, volleyball, basketball, flat bottom boats for the lake and a little activity room with ping pong and billiards. Restaurant in sight. We will definitely be returning.

Great Overall

The property was as listed, and the community was quiet. There was a sugar ant problem, but you can pretty much expect some bugs when you are staying on the water so it did not bother us at all. Property manager was responsive and very kind.

The property was very quiet and charming neighborhood. The front room was redone nicely, but the bedrooms were dark and dingy. There were a lot of spider webs inside and out. Really needs some updating of furniture and decor. Also I have never stayed at a VRBO that did not supply coffee supplies, shampoo supplies and a hair dryer. Was not too happy had to purchase these items. Still spot was perfect location and very peaceful.

Very nice place

I stayed here to evacuate from a hurricane with my dog. The staff was very friendly and the property was very nice.

Cabin by the lake

Our cabin was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The rental staff was great. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to take another trip to Pine Mountain.
