「Amazing new hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities.」

「From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff at Gran Hotel Margalida were exceptional. After a long journey from Boston, they welcomed us with breakfast at the best table on the terrace, and the sound of the waves instantly set the tone for our seven-day escape.

「Excellent stay, staff were very attentive and modern, clean rooms. Facilities were great with relaxing pool / balcony area, pool table and games, a well-stocked bar and terrace. Breakfast was a highlight with huge variety of fresh hot and cold food .5」

Cons: It had a dormitory feel to it, which wasn’t super comfy or relaxing. We got in very late and it was confusing how to access the property. We had to call a number for them to let us in. I wish that info was communicated before our stay, because tired+confused=no bueno. But now you know! The sink in our bathroom kept clogging up...
