There was a pending charge of $94 on my credit card. I have no idea why. I authorized a 5 Euro charge for the city tax only.

Do not recommend this property! While the room itself was fine, there were no staff to be seen at all (definitely not 24/7 front desk as advertised) and we were overcharged during the check-in process. The online check-in required card details to pay for the city tax, before we were given access codes to the property. Instead of processing only the €5 city tax, this property charged €5 the full accommodation cost, which had already been paid via Expedia. They are double dipping! Attempts to contact the property for a refund, via email and Expedia message have been met with silence. Save yourself the hassle of a disputed transaction and stay somewhere else.

Personne pour nous accueillir et répondre à nos appels ! La voisine heureusement chez qui on a sonné nous a ouvert la porte de l'immeuble et donné les codes pour l'entrée dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire n'a appelé que 2h plus tard. Je ne lui ai même pas repondu. Salle de bain sale. Manque de serieux etvde consideration pour les locataires !!!

Mal trato por parte del host

A la hora de mi llegada nadie me estaba esperando ni había recibido instrucciones de cómo ingresar al edifico. Me trate de comunicar con él varias veces y no contestó el teléfono. Cuando finalmente lo hizo me dijo que mi reserva no estaba completa (a pesar de ya estar pagada). Le solicite el link para completar la reservación por correo explicándole que o podía recibir sms ni Whatsapp en el momento. Intenté llamarlo varias veces y no quiso contestarme, tuve que esperar casi dos horas afuera del edificio. Cuando finalmente me contestó me hablo de manera muy irrespetuosa, me insultó y me dijo que lo sentía pero no podía hacer nada por mi. Finalmente encontré la manera de comunicarme por WhatsApp, me envió el link y actuó como si nada hubiera pasado. Fui tratado de manera muy grosera, ofendido por mi host. Nunca había vivido una experiencia similar. Espero tomen acción con esta persona y sea amonestado de la debida manera.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte per vedere le cinque terre. La nostra camera era ampia, moderna e con un comodo balcone. La struttura è super pratica poichè molto vicina alla stazione ed al centro di La Spezia. Ingressi e check in automatizzati facili e veloce.

Début difficile ! En effet, ayant malencontreusement supprimé le mail il me manquait le code de la boîte à clé… mais le pire a été le parking… difficulté pour le trouver par manque d’adresse le propriétaire a fini par m’expliquer… mais lors du départ, j’ai du repayer la même somme à la caisse que celle payée initialement… propriétaire difficile à joindre. La Clim ne fonctionnait plus le Deuxième jour. Bref un peu déçu sans compter la différence de tarif d’un jour à l’autre ! A part cela la chambre est bien et bien placée
