"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. Please be careful when booking here."

"Perfect for a stay in El Tunco! The apartment is centrally located, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, and local vendors. It’s spacious, ultra-clean, and the kitchenette is well-equipped with most of the utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals in-house. "Sometimes a 4 star rating is better than a 5 star. The water was shut off for the whole building. Not good but Roberto did a great job finding us a place to find another place for a day. The space was fantastic. If the water was on the whole time I would give it 5 star plus. "
