"We were pleasantly surprised at what this property had to offer. Starting with the courteous staff greeting us from the moment we drove up, to being lucky enough to be able to check in a little early, our stay was one of the best we've had in a while. The property has a rainforest feel to it, you are surrounded with plants and animals, and have a lot of spots to rest, sit in the sun, or swing on a hammock, always with a pool nearby. The restaurant overlooks the ocean so along with the beautiul view, you get a nice breeze to cool down. We're very happy with our experience at this property and we'll definitely return soon."

"Everything about la casa is perfect. Caretakers Alex and Eva do a great job of keeping the home and pool in perfect shape. Walking along the beach to lunch at a local restaurant is a great treat. Another restaurant for dinner is a short drive up the road. It was a great week!"

"The property matched the pictures and was actually even more beautiful in person. It was a spacious, comfortable, and ideal place to stay with family for a couple of nights. The home had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, and having air conditioning in the bedrooms made the stay even more comfortable, especially for the whole family. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly because of the overall experience with the hosts. Communication sometimes felt a little passive-aggressive, and there were additional charges for certain things that I wasn’t expecting. I also felt that there was a lot of monitoring of the property. There are several cameras around the property, and one of the hosts who lives next door would frequently come in and out of the Airbnb to check on things. While I understand wanting to maintain and look after the property, it sometimes made us feel like we weren’t completely enjoying the privacy we expected when renting an entire home to ourselves. Overall, the house itself was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Aside from the concerns with privacy and the communication with the hosts, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the property."
