Elegant, recently refurbished apartment located a few meters from the sea and the beaches of CORRALEJO , in a very quiet area and at the same time close to the leisure area. You will need to cross only one street to find the sea and the beaches of Corralejo, with a beautiful view of Lanzarote and the island of Lobos, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises.



Accommodation of about 38 m2, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, you will have everything you need for a great stay.



The room has a comfortable double bed of 160X200, where you can enjoy a TV, SMART TV, ideal for movie nights with Netflix and some popcorn in bed.



The bathroom has an Italian shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel ect... so you could travel with the lightest suitcase, here we have everything !



The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay (espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave..)



The part of the living room, located together with the kitchen at the entrance with its large windows, a SMART TV, a table to eat comfortably and an "office" space and a very good internet connection throughout the accommodation, which will be comfortable and ideal for teleworkers.



The nearest beaches are only 100 meters away (Playa del Medio and Playa de los Verilitos) where you can relax, sunbathe , swim or surf when there are waves... Or even , if you are of the early morning you could enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the north,

You can also get to the most popular avenue of Corralejo just 400 meters away (Avenida Ntra. Mrs. Del Carmen), where you'll find popular shops and small souvenir shops, as well as bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, small supermarkets… and lots more! In short, one of the best location in Corralejo ..

Other things to note

I am very flexible about check-in and checkout times . I try to do everything to satisfy my guests whenever I can . I am a traveler, and I know what it is , arrive at 10 in the morning and wait until 15h to check in.



If you are traveling with a baby, do not hesitate to ask for a cot and/or a baby chair that according to availability we will provide for your stay.
