Beautiful newly renovated apartment (40m2) in a complex of only 12 units. The comfortably furnished apartment with free Wi-Fi is located on the 1st floor and has a furnished balcony with direct sea and pool view, living room with air conditioning and Smart TV sofa bed, open kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, juicer), bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2 m, air conditioning, safe, beach bag, beach/pool towels) and Smart TV. Bathroom (shower/WC, shower for intimate care, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe, towels).

In the northwest of the island of Fuerteventura are the beaches of the fishing village of El Cotillo. They extend to the north as a series of bays with white sand and calm, turquoise sea. Just a few steps away from the holiday home is La Concha beach, one of the most famous beaches in Fuerteventura for its tranquillity, beauty and quality. Its proximity to the village offers the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic sunset from a terrace overlooking the sea. Water sports such as snorkelling and windsurfing are just some of the many possibilities offered by El Cotillo.
