Une honte
Je reviens d"un sejour fantastique en crete mais cet hotel un cauchemard! L'adresse que donne la sncf est fausse nous avons donc du prendre 2 taxis pour arriver(ce n'est pas a malia mais a stalida!).
Nous arrivons devant cet immeuble qui a l"air abandonné,il n'y avait personne nous avons du attendre 1h que l"hotel voisin appelle le proprietaire (que nous n"avons pas revu du sejour d'ailleur).
Il ne savait meme pas que nous avions un enfant inclus dans la resa, la chambre n'etait pas prete....
Il me demande si je veux payer 50euros pour avoir la clim, alors que c'etait inclus dans la resa( ce que je ne pouvais pas prouver puisqu"il n'ya pas de wifi dans cet hotel, nous avons du nous connecter au wifi du bar d'a cote et rester dehors pour le detecter),j'ai payé la clim à ce charlatan car avec un enfant je n'avais pas trop le choix!
Il n' ya pas de piscine dans cet hotel,on scoite celle d'a coté, les photos sont mensongeres.
Meme lors de mes voyages en europe de l"est les hotels etaient plus equipé.
C'est inadmissible que la sncf propose un tel service

nur zur not wenn der geldbeutel sehr klein ist
keine rezeption, kein personal vor ort. bei der an und abreise muss man telefonieren bis mal jemand kommt. bei der anreise wusste keiner etwas von der reservierung. man musste nachweisen, das man schon bezahlt hat. keine klimaanlage wie beschrieben. putzfrau kommt alle 2 tage die betten neu beziehen und ein wenig wischen.

Alors que la climatisation faisait partie des prestations on a voulu nous la facturer 7 euros par jour honteux et nous avons été harcelé tous les jours le gérant n'a même pas voulu vérifier sur le site
