The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Make sure that all the trash is put in the outside trash bins and set out on Monday mornings for trash pickup. Please put trash in the bin on the side of the house if you leave on a weekday.
Make sure that the doors are locked and key returned to the lockbox. Call the host for a one day code to get into the lockbox.
Put all soiled linens in the garage by the washer and dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
