「Fun stay」

「Very roomy 4 bedroom home, living room and dining room were awesome, kitchen was well equipped. We loved the outdoor patio. Plenty of parking in driveway for 2 cars, street parking also available. 」

「Host was great, hot tub was broken but not their fault and apparently it will be fixed soon so don’t let that discourage you. House has an insane view and is a perfect spot for little events. Hosted by girlfriends birthday dinner and it was a beautiful time.」

「House was nice and felt clean. Host was responsive and accommodating. Being steps away from the beach is great. After some maneuvering, I was able to fit our mini van in the garage (diagonally, due to length of car). 」

「Loved it mostly. The rooftop area doesn't remotely resemble the posted pics. Looked clean on first glance but was not really clean. Awful smell in fridge. I walk barefoot in house bottom of feet got black. Beds were comfortable. Too many remotes for all tvs very confusing. Besides these things it was a great house and we had a great time 」

「What a beautiful vacation home to spend time at with the oceanview in front of you at every moment. The amenities were all amazing and the unit was so clean and a joy to stay at. Max at NXT was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Other tenants were there but It seemed like we had the entire property to ourselves. 「Spacious, comfortable, homey and clean. Beautiful backyard and views. Only complaints are that it wasn't stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags and we couldn't figure out the hot tub. The host was helpful and quick to respond! Would stay at this location again! 」
