"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Very nice hotel! Rooms , spa and common space renewed. Everything was extra clean. Location very convenient . Receptionist friendly and helpful. Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep. We will be back!"
