「amazing property in great condition with very nice front garden. All needed amenities are there. very nice jakuzi. East check in and check out in the nearby restaurant. I'd highly recommend staying there. 」

However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information.
A system failure at the Expedia end.」
「Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep 」
「For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb !
Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect.
Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower.
Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job.
I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony
