「San Sebastianの港に到着後、ホテルまでは登りになるため、タクシーでホテルに向かいました。Check in time前だったため、barで一杯飲んだ後に、部屋へ案内されました。部屋はocean viewで素晴らしい景色を堪能できます。また、夜は波の音を聞きながら、快適に眠ることができます。レストランでの食事もおいしいですし、スタッフの接客もとても親切でした。ぜひもう一度訪問したいです。」

「For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony 」

We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing.. The key standout of this hotel were the staff, every single one of them were amazing. They all went that extra step to make our stay 5 stars..The customer care was top notch so I would like...

「What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper...
