The property is very nice. It’s about 15 to 20 minutes from La Fortuna, but it’s very hard to get to , bad roads but very beautiful

Beautiful views and fantastic birds

The cabin is new construction. The bed was comfortable and the deck is perfect for morning coffee. We were happy to have rented a small SUV for this trip. The cabin is a 20 minute drive from the edge of La Fortuna and the road is steep and rough. A car with low clearance would have been a problem. The nearby restaurant, Chicha's Restaurant & Lounge, was fantastic for breakfast/lunch/dinner/happy hour. We were in Costa Rica for a birding trip and LOVED viewing toucans, parrots, and more on the property.

気になった点 : 設備とサービス、コミュニケーション
First, zero communication at the begining. We had 3 driving hours so we needed the information to plan ahead but after a lot of follow up with the owner and expedia we got the number but she sent the information in the last minute. Second, no wifi so almost a day and half of our stay we waited for them to fix the issue as it was the only way for us to search about the attractions around. Third, the fridge had tawful smell and the room was full of insects. FINALLY after a lot of communication and wasting a lot of time, they changed the cabin. The second was much better but again no air condition in the bed room just a fan.
