An incredible staff that assisted us with everything from parking to restaurant and local attraction recommendations. The rooms are not luxury, but the hospitality and attentiveness of staff, make this a 5-star experience!

Very clean room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant had a nice selection and everything was delicious. Complementary one free drink. Free breakfast was very traditional andnice . Short drive to many beaches.

Really good for the price. Staff was nice and helpful. Shower was only cold water and really weird overhead shower. Was hard to find the entrance at first. It’s hidden among shops on the street. Did not really offer parking as marketed.

The room had the absolute minimum of amenities and the staff would not provide anymore as requested. The bathroom tile work was long over due for replacement and there was a long hole in the wall below the air conditioner. There was no parking and no sign to indicate where the hostel was located. We decided not to stay and the staff and manager refused to refund any portion of the charged 5 day cost. I would recomment avoiding this property completely!

Prime location and really cute outdoor area and vibe, but room was outdated, tight on room and didn’t feel very clean. I booked a deluxe and I’m pretty certain I was put in a standard, they ended up moving me after night 2 because there was a cockroach. But the deluxe room seemed like it was still under construction… staff was nice enough to accommodate, just overall didn’t feel comfortable.

Realmente desde que llegue y pregunte en la recepción todo fue bien muy atenta la muchacha el lugar muy tranquilo lo único que la habitación no tenía y nunca pude poner el agua caliente pero eso es segundario.

El lugar muy cerca de todo y céntrico. Personal amable y lugar limpio. Nada más ponerle atención al tema del parqueo, no hay. Por lo cual hay que estar lidiando con parqueos externos incurriendo en otros gastos.

Overall, our stay was okay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the location as well as the outdoor areas, especially the hammocks between the trees. Parking was also easy and convenient. That said, we expected the room especially the bathroom to be a bit cleaner. The shared kitchen could also use more attention: it wasn’t very clean, the refrigerators were not clean, and out of three electric kettles, only one was working. Overall, we expected a bit more from the kitchen. The photos looked nicer than the actual space, the bar shown in the pictures wasn’t working during our 4-night stay, and the pools were also a little smaller than we expected.
