「Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Flowers, birds, howler monkeys, etc…can be enjoyed throughout the property. The massage hut, on site, was outstanding!!! Many restaurants and activities within walking distance.」

Michael, the caretaker, met us at no one is how are you gonna get in? check-in and the owners ensured we were happy with our stay. 「If you value privacy and respect this is NOT the place for you. The Good: our family thoroughly enjoyed the Arenal area. Los Lagos was great for kids and adults. Hot springs,water slides and lunch, all for 100 bucks US. It’s a must visit. The area is gorgeous, if you have an extra couple of days it’s a great way to end your trip before flying home.The bad: This is ALL true. 「El sitio es muy bonito y cada día ves a un oso perezoso y ranitas en el jardín. Lo único malo es que en la habitación hay muchos insectos y no sale agua caliente en la ducha. El desayuno fue muy escaso (1 tostada partida por la mitad, una rodaja de tomate partido por la mitad y 1 huevo batido, y café..) nos quedamos con hambre. Los propietarios son muy agradables y cada día te localizaban al oso perezoso.」
