Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A 12 m² balcony with a garden table and 4 chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.
- For your convenience, the owners provide a ski locker in the building's ski room.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
