Spacious and comfortable property of 200 m2, located 5km from the slopes of Vologne and near BolAIR and tourist sites (Lake Blanchemer, Raven Lake, many walks in unspoiled nature), composed on the ground floor of two garages, entrance, boiler room, billiard room, shower and wc. On the 1st floor, large living dining room opening onto a terrace with closed fireplace and kachelofe (tiled stove), fitted kitchen, master bedroom with its King size bed and private bathroom, reading room. On the 1st floor, four bedrooms including "children's room" with four single beds, two bathrooms, sauna. The other three bedrooms are equipped with two 160 beds and a 140 bed. Large covered terrace with table and chair furniture and barbecue, small private terrace in the kitchen. Bed and bath linen provided.
Enclosed, tree-lined property with parking for 4 vehicles.

FABULOUS CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

I would highly recommend this fabulous accomodation. It is in a superb location and really cosy for a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Myriam was a great host, all the communication was fabulous and the place was decorated for us. The Christmas table was just superb and we had a fabulous holiday. We shall hope to get back to this area one day and hopefully this chalet, it really is lovely. We took our dog with us too and its just really safe and secure, close to all great places and nothing to complain about. If I were to suggest anything at all it would be to have a hairdryer in each room and larger bath sheets rather than towels plus better firmer pillows but honestly that would just be a personal like to have, there is absolutely nothing to moan about it really was fabulous.

Très bon séjour dans cette grande maison, très bien équipée, aux chambres spacieuses, avec salle à manger et salon de grande capacité, bénéficiant de larges baies vitrées, d'une cheminée qui fonctionne à merveille. Le sauna et la salle de billard ont fait des émules. Il faisait un peu frais pour profiter de la terrasse, mais elle est bien exposée au soleil de fin de journée. Le seul point négatif est le bruit de la route. Mais quand on part la journée pour randonner, c'est vite oublié.

Semaine de ski à la Bresse

Chalet magnifique vaste et très confortable, très joliment décoré. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille. A 10 mn de la station et 5 mn des commerces. Notre hôtesse a été charmante à l’arrivée et au départ. Le chalet est le long de la route mais son portail électrique permet aux enfants d’être dehors en sécurité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Merci à nos hôtes.

Superbe chalet spacieux

Une très agréable semaine dans cet immense chalet conçu pour recevoir une famille complète. Rien a redire sur les équipements, tout y est! De plus, la propriétaire est très accueillante. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture du parking du Brabant qui permet ensuite de rejoindre le front de neige via des navettes express.

Superbe maison

La demeure est spacieuse, pleine de charme, avec une grande terrasse, une pièce de lecture, une salle à manger spacieuse, une chambre pour enfants meublée comme un chalet de montagne, une salle de billard etc ... Je n'ai que la route de Bresse à regretter, très fréquentée et qui passe devant la maison. Certains n'y verront aucun inconvénient, mais personnellement nous aurions aimé plus de calme.

Maison très spacieuse (nous étions 6 adultes et 5 ados), parfaitement équipée, très bien décorée, chaleureuse et extrêmement propre. Hôte charmante à la communication très claire et très réactive. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés ! Le seul petit bémol est la proximité de la route mais ça n’est pas très gênant, surtout l’hiver!

Maison tres propre à la decoration soignée. Le chalet Suzy est concue pour une grande famille ou chacun y trouve sa place ( meme les 4 pattes). Les proprietaires sont accueillants : cheminée allumée et douceurs sucrées à notre arrivée. je recommande ce chalet pour les amoureux du ski et de la nature et à tous ceux qui apprécient les ambiances cosy.

Charmante et spacieuse maison.

Belle maison avec beaucoup de charme et décorée avec goût. Spacieuse et propre. Très bien équipée. Idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. L'espace enfant est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et notre hôte a été aux petits soins et à l'écoute. L'emplacement de la maison permet d'accéder facilement à des sentiers à quelques pas et la proximité au centre de Bresse en quelques minutes en voiture, et aussi faisable sans problème à pied est très appréciable. Concernant les équipements tous de qualité, j'insisterai sur la literie qui est top, et ce sentiment est partagé par l'ensemble des hôtes (nous étions 5). Le seul petit bémol mais vraiment petit la maison est assez proche de la route, assez passante en journée mais très calme dès la fin de journée, donc pas gênant la nuit. Par ailleurs, l'aménagement en cours derrière la maison permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans être trop embêtés par la circulation.

Maison spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle

Un très bon séjour dans cette maison qui offre tout le confort et la place nécessaire. La literie, les draps, couettes et oreillers fournis sont confortables et de belle qualite. Les sanitaires et espaces bains douches sont nombreux , fonctionnels et bien répartis. La cuisine est correctement aménagée et les appareils type raclette, pierrade et fondue sont aussi fournis. La salle à manger/ salon offre de grands espace de convivialité pour 10 a 12 personnes. Le combiné cheminée / poêle type kachelofen même si nous n'avons pas eu à l'utiliser vu les températures est de belle facture et sans doute très efficace (le bois est fourni). Le Rdc avec double garage, chaufferie avec LL et SL, salle de billard, espace toilette douche et une large entrée est aussi très appréciable. La terrasse offre un large espace détente, repas avec un BBQ. Enfin, les hôtes sont prévenants et réactifs La seule petite ombre au tableau est la circulation intense sur la route bordant la propriété en particulier en cette période de fermeture des RM et de peu de neige qui favorise les déplacements des touristes toutes la journée sur l'ensemble des activités hors ski.

Superbe location

Excellent location and house

We stayed there with a group of 11 for a longer weekend. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of and offered enough room and space inside and outside. The location is near to some very nice hiking trails like e.g. sentier des roches. The Lady who owns the house gave us a very warm welcome and we even exchanged some craft beer. If you are looking for a spot for a larger group of people this is the right choice. Only the street nearby is a bit annoying but this seems to be the same in the whole area.

Chalet bien équipé (mention spéciale au sauna et au billard) et très bien décoré, pas loin du centre de La Bresse et de la piste du Honeck. Se trouve le long d'une route assez passante mais ne gêne en rien le sommeil. Par contre, il y a très peu de terrain autour donc peu d'espace extérieur pour que les enfants se défoulent mais à l'intérieur il y a des jeux de société, des livres et une grande télé!!!!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Bresse en famille. Chacun avait un espace de vie important , car la maison est bien conçue. Il ne manquait rien , tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Les photos sont le reflet exact de ce que nous avons découvert sur place . De grands espaces (salon) pour profiter en famille, une salle de jeux pour les enfants, de belles chambres avec une bonne literie. Un emplacement idéal pour aller skier. Le seul petit bémol le bruit des voitures le matin et le soir au retour des skieurs , si vous profitez de la terrasse au soleil. Pour parfaire votre location il serait intéressant de pouvoir mettre des tubes chauffants pour les chaussures de ski et après-ski surtout pour les enfants , le séchage est difficile d'une journée sur l'autre. J'ai connu cela dans une autre location et c'est top !!! Vous possédez un bien inestimable même sans ça. Cordialement. Brigitte Sierzchula
