「The entire staff was welcoming and respectful. This is a gem of a place. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the trip around town; this is the place.」

Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.」

No complete cleaning of the bathroom - a fly was left on the floor for five days, and the mattress, linens and pillows were very low quality. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower set up was actually dangerous with a two foot drop just past the toilet.」

「Estancia perfecta.」

「This is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The de luxe room we had was spacious and had a screened terrace. We have stayed here 3 times before and will use it again. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't vouch for the food.」
