"Booked online king size bed,checked in went to room and it was 2 full sized,
Alerted front desk and assigned new king room,upon entering room,bed was unmade with dirty linens piled up,dirty towels.
Alerted front desk and assigned an upgraded jacuzzi suite,we went in the room dropped our bags and left to go eat dinner.
After coming back my wife noticed bugs of some type crawling on bed,there were alive and dead ants actually crawling on floor.
Tryed to call the desk but phone in room not...
"We didn't stay not even 5 minute at the hotel dirty room ceiling comings down in the bathroom rockroach in the room.we left the hotel.we need you to return our money to francisco pena"
