"The location was great and it was a nice property on the river, but the bunkie with a bed and bunk beds was unusable > the floor was unsafe, there was no A/C, and no screens on the windows so you couldn't open them to cool down, and it smelled strongly of mold. The main cottage was fine with two decent bedrooms, but could do with more furniture, there was just one couch and a kitchen table/chairs. The host had to be prompted to provide basic information like address, and failed to let us know that the tap water wasn't drinkable until we asked. "
