「Nice hotel with amazing location」

「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「The room was a delight , so modern, clean and fresh, the bathroom was nice with a large walk in shower . The bed was a good size and so comfortable , for a studio it was a really great sized room and had all you needed for a holiday or short break, the balcony had good solid recliner chairs and small table again good size for a studio. The building itself was spotless as was pool area everywhere cleaned every day, the 24hr reception was well covered and nothing a bother to the staff .」

「5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! 「Excellent place, I would come back anytime」

「Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.」

「Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....
