"Average hotel, good location near the airport. Shuttle service to/from airport was nice feature but took 40 minutes to arrive at the airport for pickup both times we needed it. Transport to the airport from the hotel was much faster, only about 10 minute wait. Front desk staff were very nice. "

"Shuttle was easy, breakfast was great!! The room was big and comfortable. I’ve stayed at several LAX airport hotels and this was my favorite. I will definitely stay again. The only downside is that there isn’t late checkout unless you pay a fee. "

The breakfast food was fresh and tasty. The only minor gripe is the parking deck is a little tight to maneuver in with some blind corners."

The parking was very easy. Not the greatest area however easy access to all freeways. I cannot say enough about how much the staff was friendly and kind and did everything to accommodate guests."
