「Booked via Expedia. However after travelling across the world, the Hotel said they do not have my reservation and that Expedia reservations are invalid despite me showing the receipt. I had to pay again just to have a bed in a dorm instead of my reserved twin room. Staff were rude and dismissive. Unacceptable and disappointing.」
