"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"【改善してほしいところ】・ゴミの分別がわからない人もいるかと思った。「燃えるゴミ・リサイクルゴミ・不燃ゴミ」としか書いてなかったが、「瓶・缶・ペットボトル」それぞれどこにどうやって捨てるかも記載してほしい。・皿は茶碗系が無くて、平皿の大きさ違いが3種類あった。フライパン、鍋が豊富にあって良かった。鍋敷きがない。・キッチンのタオル掛けがほしい。洗い物をした後に手を拭くタオルをかけられない。・音が響く。リビングが2階にあり階段が吹き抜けのようになっていて、下の部屋まで音が響きやすい。・風呂自動運転をしたら、お湯が止まらず溢れてしまっていた。お湯をはる時は気をつけて見ておく。・机、椅子など至る所に角がたくさんあり、子どもがぶつかると怖いなと思った。【最高だったところ】・近くに西松屋やドラッグストアもあり、子ども連れだったがすぐに買い物に行けて、万が一何か忘れ物があってもなんとかなる！朝は歩いてすぐのパン屋さんに買いに行ける！割と近くにいろんな店があって良かった！・部屋もきれい、お風呂トイレもとても綺麗で気持ちよかった！・洗濯機を使えるところが安心！"

The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Karatsu, I highly recommend staying here, exploring the town, and enjoying the fresh local seafood. "I was a little wary staying at a shipping container hotel, but I was blown away by this place. Really everything was perfect about it. The room was spotless and had all the amenities you could need.The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were prepared to deal with a language barrier. It even has laundry and free light meals that were quite good! And all for a great price. Next time I'm in Karatsu this will he my go-to."

The hotel was great overall, but by comparison to the rest of the facilities, the room felt a touch basic, if perfectly comfortableand spotlessly clean. Great location in Karatsu, within a 5 minute walk to the train station and on a great pedestrianised street full of great shops (mainly with pottery goods). Would totally recommend."
