「Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer.」

「It was a great place to stay to be close to our event we did there. Our room had issues with the shower drain not going down fast enough, so water got all over the bathroom floor. The AC vent flap wouldn't stay up so we had to use thick paper to shove in the side to help it stay up.」

Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

「Le personnel est très gentil. Chambre correcte pour le nombre d’étoiles mais petite. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. Bien situé par rapport au Gateway Mall. Service de blanchisserie ne fonctionne pas le week-end」

「It was comfortable accommodation. The location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. I think it is one of good hotel to stay Durban area.」

「The TV in the room did not work because of internet. Everyday was a struggle to get the TV to work. You can hear everything from the apartments in the next room. On the first day I asked to checkout later at 2pm they said I need to pay for a full day but I can check out latest at noon. The receptionist did not say I needed to pay extra for this. So on the day of check out they stopped the card for the room so I couldn't go back inside after 10am but I asked to check out at Noon. At 10:30am the...

「What a lovely hotel with most charming staff - Oyster Box nice but too much like Dubai (unless that's your vibe)」

「Best place to stay in Durban, such a peaceful and calm environment.」

「空港から近く移動は楽でした。レストランはブッフェ以外ではインド料理(?)だけだったので単品注文のレパートリーが増えると良いと思いました。」

「A really good stay over all. Good amenities and facilities. Restaurant was slow and staff not always up to standard. But we will stay there again..」
