朝食が美味しかった。上階のレストランもお手頃価格で美味しく、クタの夕陽がきれいに見えます。また泊まりたい。スタッフの気遣いも良かった。

ホテルは、部屋、設備、朝食、スタッフともにとても良かったです。ビーチがすぐ前だし、ショッピングにも便利です。ただ、夜中の近隣からの音楽の爆音や深夜にビーチで花火を打ち上げる音のうるさいのは何とかして欲しいと思います。

日本語スタッフがいると記載されていたが実際にはいなかった。陽が当たらない部屋が多く、部屋の雰囲気がお昼でも夜のように暗い。上記2点以外はスタッフの対応もよく、良いホテルでした。

とても良かったです。居心地も良く4階のプールもレストランも素晴らしいものでした。しかし、深夜帯のホテル周辺の音楽ライブが安眠を妨げかねないのでそれが大変でした。それ以外には文句は一つもございません。

あまり気になることはなく、満足できました。ただ、9月でも夜中にクーラーを消して寝ても風邪をひくぐらい部屋が寒かった。海が近いので底冷えしそうな寒さだった。しかしそのほかはスタッフのサービスもよく、ホテルのセキュリティもしっかりしていて、大変満足であった。

夕方5時でも部屋の掃除がされていなかった。スタッフに聞いたら9:00〜21:00が清掃の時間と言われた。21:00に掃除する意味がらわからない。あと、シャワー室から水が漏れて洗面室の床が水浸しになるのが使いづらい。二度とこのホテルは利用しないし、おススメもしない、

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

3部屋の予約でしたが、ホテルのシステム上6部屋と言われていて追加料金が掛かるかとかなり不安でした。エクスペディアの担当者も予約は確かに3部屋と言っており3者で会話しましたが、ヘリテージは6部屋の一点張りです。結局ヘリテージ側のシステムがおかしかったようですが、ヘリテージ側とメールでやり取りしていたのにそれに対するすいませんでしたの一言が無かった。チェックインする際に理由も言わずにクラシックからスーペリアへアップグレードしてくれましたが何故アップグレードしたのかも不明でした。また、部屋のシャワールームに備え付けのボディソープがありましたが、最初から入っていませんでした。次の日のルームクリーニングでボディソープが補充されると思ったらされていませんでした。クリーニングの際に見ていないのでしょうか。フロントも客が目の前にいるのにぺちゃくちゃ仲間でしゃべってばかりで、バカにされているような気がしました。総じて、サービスレベルはビジネスホテル並みかそれ以下です。ただヘリテージと言う名前だけのホテルですね。

私は気に入りました。

ホテル屋上のプールサイドは、本当に写真のまま。プールサイドで海を見ながら風に吹かれてゆっくりできました。口コミ通り、夜はバンド演奏がうるさいし、アサインされた部屋が二階だったからか防風林で海が見えなかったけど、やはり海の真ん前というロケーションは良かったです。フロントにキーを預けて、手ぶらで、道路を渡ってビーチに行って、ちょこっと泳いで部屋に戻ってクーラーの中でビンタンビール。手軽に海を楽しみたいサラリーマンには最高のシチュエーションでした。ホテルの朝食も、人が多すぎず少な過ぎずで。ちょっとお高いかもですが、それでも、またバリに行けれなら、リピートしてもいいと思いました。

綺麗で良いホテルでした⭐︎

とても綺麗で、スタッフの方も良い人ばかりでした。一人での旅行だったので、クタビーチに行くよりも屋上のプールでリラックスできて良かったです。毎日なのか分からないですが生演奏でライブがあったのでとても良い時間を過ごせました。立地的にはこの辺りだとどこに泊まっても同じなのかなぁと思いました。全体的にとても良かったです。部屋も綺麗で、ドライヤーの風量も良い、シャワーの水圧もヌサドゥアのリゾートホテルよりも全然良くて感動しました。私の泊まった部屋はエアコンの効きが強すぎて、寒くて切ったりつけたりを繰り返していたのが少し面倒臭かったです。

悪い点: ホテルスタッフと朝すれ違う時に「good morning」の挨拶がほとんどされなく、friendly感は全くない。 Breakfast restaurantでも、こちらから声をかけないとCoffee serviceも一切しない。 fruitsが甘みがなく美味しくない。ホテル内にあるAqua spaでクリームバスを60分お願いしたら、髪にクリームを塗布しながら頭皮のマッサージをするかと思いきや、塗布し髪に馴染ませたらスチームタオルをされ頭皮マッサージもなく終わりました。60分でお願いしたのに30分くらいで終わり、人生史上最低のクリームバスを経験してしまいました！洗面所の排水の流れが悪い。シャワーの温度が安定しない。 1番安い部屋だとカーテンを開けると屋内帆掛け船viewで外の景色が一切見れない。良い点: 最終日以外はルームクリーニングスタッフがタオルアートをしてくれた。エアコンが凄く効く。ホテル敷地内にレストランやコンビニがる。ビーチウォークにも近く、レストランやカフェなどがあり便利。ホテル前の道路を渡るとクタビーチでサンセットが眺められる。 Breakfast restaurantのパンの種類が多い。自分で切って焼くパンが凄く美味しかった！少し面倒であったが、Security面ではカードキーをかざしてからでないとエレベーターが動かない。

スタッフはみんな親切でフレンドリー。若いのに英語もしっかり話せます。シャワーの水圧が弱いのが少し不満でしたがその不満も取り除かれるほど、よくしてもらいました。ビーチにも繁華街やショッピングモールにも行きやすく、立地も良いと思います。

予約した際、キングサイズベッドルームを依頼していたが、用意されていたのはシングルが二つの部屋でした。2日後に変更しますと言われたがめんどくさかったからそのままで過ごしました。トイレとバスルームは仕切りで別れていて、シャワーも固定と移動可能タイプと二つあり、良かったです。施設内は清潔。4階のルーフトップバーは素敵で良かった。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

17泊しましたがベッドのシーツやガウンの交換がない。簡単な清掃のみ。バスタオルの他にフェイスタオル、ハンドタオルがありましたが、日によって交換されてる時と回収のみでタオルがない時が何度かありました。統一して下さい。他にも、洗面台の大きな鏡が突然落下し電源がショート、部屋が停電になりました。天井から火花が散りびっくりしました。修理に何時間もかかるとの事でしたので部屋をチェンジしましたが、ソファも窓もない部屋で初めに泊まってた部屋よりランクが下がりました。サービスについてどうなっているのか疑問です。

1つ残念だったのは、プールサイドにいるスタッフが人によって言う事がマチマチだった事。それ以外はフロントスタッフはたどたどしい私の英会話力に付き合ってくれて、分かるまでゆっくり話してくれるなど非常に親切に感じました。お部屋は比較的キレイですが、お湯の温度が低い事と、シャワーブースの扉が常に半開きでした。洗面所の排水溝はゴミが多く流れにくかったです。

コスパ最高

スタッフがとにかく親切。英語が苦手でも根気よく説明してくれたり、時間によっては日本語対応スタッフがいたりで安心。宿泊した部屋は窓が建物の内側吹き抜け部分に面しており、ロケーションはイマイチですが、清潔感があり快適です。2人で2泊しましたが、毎日ミネラルウォーターの500mlペットボトルが2本ずつサービスされます。繁華街にも近い立地で、観光にも便利。コスパの良いホテルです。

2泊3日、一人旅で利用しました。シティービューが望めるスーペリアルームを予約しましたが、一階だったのでそれほど眺めか良いというわけではありませんでしたが、窓が大きくて解放感があり良かったです。キングサイズのベッドとバスタブがあり、お部屋でものんびり過ごせます。シャワールームのシャワーは大丈夫でしたが、バスタブのお湯は最大でも少しぬるい感じがしました。チェックイン時にチャージが必要ですが、最終的に何もなければ、クレジットカードに返金されるようです。空港からホテルまでは、タクシーで20〜30分程度です。送迎もあるようでしたが、私は行き帰りともに道でタクシーを拾いました。交通量が非常に多いので、すぐに捕まえられると思います。朝食ブュッフェは、ローカルの料理から、パン、卵料理、フルーツなどなどたくさんの種類があり、とても美味しくて食べきれないほどでした。屋上プールに併設されたレストランなので、リゾート感溢れる中で朝食を頂けて良かったです。屋上プールは、私が利用していた平日の朝〜正午くらいはそこまで混み合っておらず、デッキもスムーズに利用できました。運良く毎日天気が良かったので、目の前の海を眺めたり日光浴をしたり、普段プールは行かないのですが、通ってしまうほどリラックスできました。バーの飲み物はお部屋に付けてもらえました。空港からも遠くなく、クタビーチが目の前にあり、街スパはショッピングモールが近くあり、アクセスはとても良いです。ただ、夜遅くまで人通りが多いのと、交通渋滞が常に発生していたので、喧騒を忘れたい方には不向きかもしれません。ホテルの一階にコンビニが、隣にスターバックスもあり便利です。スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切で、一人旅でもあったので、プールではスタッフさんと世間話をしたりもしました。総合的にとても良かったので、また機会があれば利用したいです。

ビーチの目の前は評価高い！でも、シャワーの湯量は少ないのでシャンプーした後も時間が相当かかる。評価低い！

スタッフさんの温かいおもてなしと立地が最高の魅力。ビーチや繁華街を楽しむにはもってこいのホテル。夜、野外ライブの音が窓を閉めていても入ってくることが気にならなければなにも言うことのないホテルだと思います。

スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいホテル！

クタの街中にありますが、ホテルの中は高級感がありスタッフさんの対応も高いホテルと同じくらいの対応だったと思います！何事においても親切にしてくださりホスピタリティをすごく感じました！朝食もとてもおいしく、お酒もプールもお部屋も最高でした！お部屋の清掃時には毎日フルーツとケーキが置いてありおいしくいたました＼(^o^)／！
