"Hotel has many towers, but we were in the main tower. We reserved four corner rooms and they were very large and perfect for three people. The “free” breakfast that came with my reservations was overwhelmingly fabulous! Because we took an evening flight, we extended our stay so that we could have a room for the day, we moved to a regular twin bedroom and it was very small and faced a brick wall. I would therefore suggest corner room which always has a view and a lot more room. There is a lot to do in the hotel itself, it is right across the street from the train station, and a very, very short, walk to a convenient grocery store."

"The hotel was well maintained in a brilliant location for exploring the heart of Tokyo. The staff were polite and always looking to help and made the stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and good size and decent value for money."

"I like that our room was large and accommodating. We wasn’t sure where the air monitor was, but someone quickly came by to show us. We easily got a taxi downstairs with the help of the hotel staff. We were able to easily access eateries all around us."

"The property is unbelievable. The location is beautiful and right across the street from the Tokyo Tower. This is a luxury hotel and the staff is more than 5 stars! The suite we had was extremely spacious and well appointed. Many amenities and anything you need is in the room. The property has more than 5 restaurants, wedding salon, spa, health club, poll with saunas, convenience store, many shops and a delightful lounge overlooking the Tokyo Tower and waterfalls for afternoon tea or lunch. This hotel is located in a park and has several shrines on site to walk through. The area is Ginza and easy to take car service, uber, taxi anywhere you want to go. Everything is nearby. I would highly recommend this extraordinary hotel and will definitely be staying here on my return to Tokyo. "

"This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "
