The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. Great location, friendly staff and breakfast buffet option is nice. Spacious and plenty parking spaces.

The staff are wonderful and very welcoming! Every part of the ryokan was beautiful and clean. The dinner was an extraordinary experience. We loved our stay.

Room was clean, comfortable and relatively spacious. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. Location was great. Train station, castle, canal road, mall and restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Front desk was very helpful in switching my reservation from a smoking to a non-smoking room. Rooms were decently clean, and the location is conveniently located near Okayama station.

We also liked being slightly outside the city and enjoyed going for walks and runs from the hotel. Overall, a very...

Great stay. Room had everything I needed & was clean/comfortable. Staff made hospitality clear even when our common vocabulary was limited. Close to shopping/dining/public transportation & also walkable. I extended my stay!
