The highlight of this hotel is definitely its common area located on the same floor as the sento/public bath.
The sento was not tattoo friendly, but I had no issue using it with a tattoo cover.
After your bath you can enjoy a free beer or soft drink and lounge around reading manga. They had many volumes of One Piece!
The breakfast buffet was excellent! There were several local dishes to try and everything tasted really good.
HOWEVER,
The walls in the rooms are very thin! My spouse and I had a hard time falling asleep and ended up having to use the air conditioner as a white-noise machine.
The layout of the room was fine, a little snug, but not too bad. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I've ever seen! Barely enough space to stand in.
