An official check-in time was 14:00. We arraived at the hotel at about 15:00. One of the staff told us that he would let us know when the room was ready. We had waited for more than 1 hour near the lobby. Nobody showed up. It was 16:20 when I finally needed to talk to another person to check the room status... Meanwhile, my children asked one of the staff for a wi-fi password. He told them that it is in the room. It turned out later that the password was available anywhere in the hotel... I asked one of the staff to bring an extra key. She smiled and said, "Yes, we will bring it to your room." Nobody showed up... The corridors to the room was very dark and groomy... One of the rooms had a mysterious burning smell. TVs were small and put at an unusually high place. Furniture revealed no cares had been taken for a long time. There was no bath tub in neither of the 2 bed rooms, which had not been notifed anywhere in advance when booked... We sat at an empty table for a breadfast next morning. One of the staff asked us to move away. When I asked him why the hotel did not put any sign such as "reserved" on the table, he smiled and ignored... People, including me were making a line, waiting for check-out. Some other quests started to cut in the line. The staff did not seem to care who had been waiting first, welcomimg the rule breakers. Well, enough to conclude that we will not stay at this hotel...never again.
