No repeat accommodation

Moldy grout in bathroom. Bed loaded with bed mites. Flity carpet in room with no windows and old cigarette smoke smell. Very dissapointed as Prescott Medan Tuanku i stayed numerous times and happy with their great condition.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel & nice staff. My room lock wasn’t working so they moved me to a another one and were very helpful. Desk needed to be wiped down, was a bit dirty, but was fine. Would come back.

Nice hotel room but far away from public transport

It is more spacious than other hotels in similar price in Kuala Lumpur. Staff are friendly and room is comfortable. Breakfast is very simple but enough. Location is not convenient. It takes 30 mins on foot to go to the nearest railway station. But it is near to ICC Pudu, within 15 min walk.

오랜 여행 경험 중 최악의 호텔. 아침 식사는 너무 부실해서 억지로 먹어야했고 그나마 음식이 떨어지면 채워놓지도 않았음. 시설은 페이트가 갈라지고 벗겨져서 흉측했고, 더운나라 객실에 당연히 있을 줄 알았던 냉장고는 없어서 고생했으며 에어컨도 시원하지가 않아서 잠자다 더워서 깰정도였음. 별3개 호텔이라고 할 수 없음. 익스피디아 추천 호텔을 앞으로는 면밀하게 분석해야겠다고 다짐함.

Great hotel

We arrived at 4AM and the staff were very helpful. They were patient despite the confusion with the rooms of our big group (all of us booked rooms separately). Considering the price we paid, we were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. They were big, comfortable, and clean. I remember always pushing back the bed everyday because the cleaning staff made sure they cleaned every nook and cranny. My toddler likes to stick things under the beds, and I noted that the floor under the beds were spotless. Breakfast was generous (buffet). Meat would have been welcome, but the hotel played it safe by having mostly vegetarian fare. Then again, for the price we paid, breakfast was a huge bonus! We especially liked the coffee, mixed rice, and veggies. Shout out to restaurant staff Lilian. She was very alert, helpful, and efficient. The hotel's location is good. It is near a huge mall and there are lots of cheap restaurants around that served delicious authentic Indian, Chinese, Persian, Malaysian food. Many were open 24/7. Lots of convenience stores too. And we had no trouble getting Grab to service us. I also appreciated the WiFi and the security features of the hotel. The only con I noticed was that the staff were asleep in the waiting area when we arrived at 4AM. We woke them up when we knocked. haha It just didn't seem very professional. But they were friendly and gracious, so its all good :)

Nice place, bad tenants

The windowless room is OK, as I like to sleep in total darkness and silence. That, however, didn't quite happen for me. The rooms share a central ventilation system, and apparently you can smell it if your neighbours smoked in the toilet. When I first smelled it, I thought someone smoked one before leaving. So I turned on the extractor fan, and soon the smell disappeared. So when I turned it off to sleep, and was soon awakened by smoke smell again, that was when I had to leave the extractor fan running all night. Apparently, the walls are not quite sound proof either, and you could hear their arguments and sex during ungodly hours... I do not blame the hotel, it is nice. I just wish hotel guests can be a little more considerate. That being said, I'll stay there again. I like the place.

Soiled and stained sheets

I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, however I feel the need to share. We checked in at 11pm, after a flight and long trip from the airport my wife and I were looking forward to getting some much needed rest. Once we got to our room, we clearly got more than we bargained for in our room. It was evident that our room hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to our stay. The guests before us, were generous enough to leave some colourful fluid staining fluid on the bed sheets with a light dusting of small black hairs all though out the sheets. The cleaning team was thoughtful enough to leave these generous gifts in the bed for our arrival. They even took it one step further and thought we enjoy the view and smell of the remains of their trash. So instead of emptying the bin. They just put a plastic bag over the top, so we could enjoy the delightful sight and aroma of the trash during our stay. When I notified the front staff, he seemed surprised that we were “expecting” to have clean sheets. He didn’t even apologise. However he did say that he would send some staff to change the sheets. The staff kind of gave the impression that I was being a pain and being a hassle by creating more work for them. After about 30mins of waiting our sheets were clean and trash was still left in the trash can. But hey. I guess I had to higher expectations. I wasn’t expecting the Hilton. But it would have been nice to check into a room that I could just jump straight in to bed. I

Nice hotel. Location is ok as it is near berjaya times, sungei wang and about 15 minutes walk to pavilion and around the bukit bintang. The room was ok as it is spacious but my negative comment is that it is smelly. You can smell the cigarette smoke.
