The main problem is receptionist attitude ! All of them ! Very rude and lack of smiling ! Are you guys serving corpes in the graveyard? Very lazy to answer customer question and not friendly at all.. a lot of stains on bedsheet and mattress ! Worst !

최고였어요.

가격대비 최고였어요. 호텔에 대한 불만 제로예요. 무척 편했어요. 전망이 아주 좋았고(방창문통해 본 쌍둥이빌딩이 밤마다 상들리에처럼 빛났어요), 프론트 직원들이 무척 친절했어요. 아침식사는 말레이시아 현지식 뷔페로 준비 되었는데(토스트정도의 양식도 준비됨) 훌륭했어요. 특히 팬케익처럼 생긴 말레이시아 정통 부침개는 맛이 일품이었어요. 모두 제 입맛과 잘 맞았어요. 기분좋은 여행이었구요. 특기할 점은 외국인이 우리밖에 없는 것 같았어요. 말레이시아를 그대로 느낄 수 있어 좋았어요. 다음에도 여기서 묵고싶습니다.

Big rooms and clean. Good food.

Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Holding our bags after checkout was no problem. The breakfast buffet is huge and good. Dinner in the restaurant is very low price and great steak. The Chef came to our table and answered questions and made us a great dinner. The carpet in the halls are worn and need replaced. But the room carpet was fine. There is an amazing view of Petronas Towers out the room and restaurant windows. Bathroom and the room were clean. The bed was a King size and was comfortable. Don't let the carpet in the halls scare you away, it is a very good hotel.
