Disgusting unit - DO NOT USE!

This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.

Average Accomodation - Cleanliness and Maintenance

Overall, it is acceptable as the instructions are very well communicated and detailed. However, personally, I may not find this to be the best place to live in aa I am more particular and would prefer a hotel by paying a little bit more. The place was pretty clean and maintained, but as for the pillows and sheet, I find it a bit unacceptable (particularly the pillow) which looks uncomfortable for me to sleep on. The basin in the toilet and the shower areas could have been cleaned without all the water marks and stains on the stainless steel. No additional toilet rolls was provided or refilled for our 4 days 3 nights stay and I have to use my own personal tissue. The wardrobe was dusty. My friend's bathroom switch was looking dangerous as it pop-out and make it hard to on and off. There was stain on the cushions and make it unsightly and felt it wasn't maintained or clean properly. These are the few things that ick me.
