Quiet environment and has a convenient shop located next to this hotel. However, there was a chinese staff was quite unfriendly when I check in around 11.45pm. Not being trained professionally in hospitality industry and not patient in handling customer. Highlighted on the fridge was a bit small and unable to keep a birthday cake, no solution was provided. It as also seems malfunctioning. The worst part is there was someone knocking the room around 9am asking whether we need room service. This is totally unacceptable. Guest are sleeping inside, how can they did that and disturbing others? Lastly, the photos posted online as similar as what we see when we check in. No disparity and using photoshop software to beautify the photos to attract us to book and check in.

A hotel next to huge motor way

Another old hotel, cannot close your window properly, if you are staying next to motor way, you have to smell huge traffic of Maluri. The room was big and temperature was cool. A young staff who speak chinese language was not very helpful or kind. I did not see him later but hope I do not see him again in this hotel. Maybe he just had bad day . Anyway other staffs were kind and helpful. The swimming pool is kind of clean but again, it is facing the motorway, I had to smell smoke from cars while I was swimming. No wifi in some rooms, I had to use internet sitting next to the elevator.
