"Beautiful view and easy location to get to from the Ferry stop. Comfortable bed and appreciated the kitchen area. Basic amenities provided and great for our stay in Hallstatt. They approved an early check in which we were grateful for. The only note is the number and email sent to confirm our arrival time was not a functioning email or number so we didn’t know whether or not our host received our arrival time until we called a different number listed. "

"Not the best experience. Room is run down. Limited transportation, we had to walk 20 minutes in the snow to find our room. Limited dining in fact all we had was a small supermarket. Tv doesn’t have any streaming services so we had nothing to watch. The view is fantastic though."

"This property is beautiful, however be aware that you need to pay for every little thing once on site. If you run out of soap, dishwasher pods, want clean towels, or in our case, need more toilet paper, it all costs extra. I don’t mind having to pay for some things, but I’ve never been asked to pay for toilet paper anywhere else in the world and I have to say, it slightly soured my experience. The property is beautiful and the staff were great, I just think for the price I should not have to buy my own toilet paper. "
