The most beautiful property, in a wonderful location, excellent facilities, the most incredible spa and food is divine. We felt well looked after by the staff who were so kind. our room was gorgeous. The local area is wonderful and the free pass to use the sky lift was very helpful. We only wish that we could've stayed for longer.

The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Falkensteiner Hotel in Schladming verbracht. Das Zimmer war schön groß mit Balkon, großem Bad und ganz vielen Möglichkeiten, Sachen zu verstauen. Da das Hotel der Beginn einer längeren Reise war, war das für uns optimal. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und bei jeglichen Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Einen solch guten Service haben wir selten erlebt. Das Essen in unserer Halbpension war ebenfalls sehr gut und abwechslungsreich - zu den Speisen steht eine große Auswahl an Getränken zur Verfügung. Leider gibt es keine Getränkekarte, nur eine Liste mit offenen Weinen. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schönes und hochwertiges Hotel für Winterurlaub. Frühstück ist hervorragend in der Auswahl und Qualität, das Service super und die Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt und hochwertig. Hotel ist ca 500m von der Seilbahn Planai entfernt, also auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
