Lovely hotel, clean and spacious room and clean hallways and lobby. The hotel is in the heart of Kazimierz and close to a tram line so easy to get around.

Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel, room was cozy, there was space and roof window! Service was really good. We also had dinner at hotel restaurant one night and that was good. Breakfast was really good! Next time in Krakow we’ll stay here again.

Great Hotel 👍

The hotel was super clean and I had everything I could have needed. The staff especially Dima and Monika were extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate both of you and thank you for making my stay a very nice and comfortable stay. This is a really great hotel in a very nice area and its value is the best.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29.

I loved my stay at Hotel M29 and when I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again. It’s a great location in Kazimierz, and a short walk to Old Town. The hotel restaurant was amazing and I enjoyed it. The service was excellent. Karolina at the front desk helped me get a hair dryer when mine went out in the room and also helped me work through an issue I was having with my luggage! My recommendation is that they make sure they changes the sheets for every guest, because I found a hair that did not belong to me when I checked in. Regardless, I will be back, because the service and location was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and cute
